If we have any questions regarding the information you have provided we will contact you before submitting your offer to the landlord. Otherwise we will submit your offer to the landlord as soon as possible.

Please note that if you offer is accepted subject to references and contract, you must completed our the following initial steps:

1. immediate payment of a 1 week holding deposit
2. completion of your reservation and reference forms
3. submission of ID and proof of address in the form of a passport or drivers license, bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months, your share code (if you are not a UK citizen but reside within the EU) and/or visa work permits (if you are not a UK resident and reside outside of the EU).
