Areas we cover

Esher, Claygate, East and West Molesey, Thames Ditton and Hinchley Wood.

Esher is also extremely popular with growing families with its abundance of detached properties in the residential roads surrounding the central high street. Sandown Race Course hosts many events including popular race meets, live music events and exhibitions so you can be sure there is always something exciting happening nearby.

Within easy reach of the A3, M3 or by train to Hampton Court from London Waterloo.
Molesey is an excellent destination to explore on a lazy day, mooching round the shops and trying the fantastic range of cafes and restaurants or simpy strolling beside the river to the meadow.

Thames Ditton

Whether you’re hiring a boat for the day at Taggs Boatyard or enjoying Sunday lunch at the Swan Inn, Thames Ditton is a peaceful village with plenty to offer. Every year the village celebrates a Christmas Fair with local business offering mince pies and mulled wine, this event is very popular with residents and is a fantastic testament to its community.

Surbiton is usually one of the first spots those looking to move out of London explore as the fast train from Surbiton station will deliver you to London Waterloo in just 18 minutes.

Serviced by our Hampton Court branch, Hampton is located within the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames.

Claygate Village is hugely popular with families moving from South West London into Surrey, because it provides that quintessential village sense of community that Londoners seek when looking for somewhere to raise their family.

Hinchley Wood

By far the most obvious reason that most families move to Hinchley Wood is Hinchley Wood Primary and Secondary Schools. The founders of Newton Huxley both attended the schools and can speak first hand of the quality of education and experience they received there.
